You said, we did
The latest viewpoint updates for our Clinical Network.
In September, we sent out our latest Viewpoint survey and asked for your thoughts about working with us. We want to say thank you again for sharing your open and honest feedback and ideas.
Key takeaways
84% of you were satisfied or extremely satisfied with communication across the service.
83% of you were satisfied or extremely satisfied with the knowledge and support available.
94% of you were extremely satisfied with the payment process.
We’re delighted to highlight below what we have already implemented and what we have in the pipeline as a result of your feedback.
Volume of work available
Seasonal trends are expected in IAPT, and you asked for a more proactive approach in the way we communicate these trends with you, so you know what work to expect.
Therefore, in place of our monthly therapist newsletter, I will be doing a live monthly video update that will address any upcoming trends, as well as allow you to remain aligned with company goals and values and continue to be recognised for your hard work.
Keep your eyes peeled for an email inviting you to join the live session and where to find the recording afterwards.
Communication and responsiveness
It’s important to us that you feel supported, and you asked for clearer lines of communication and accessibility to resources. As another means of promoting a knowledge-sharing culture, we are excited to announce the launch of our new network discussion forum, an open and responsive forum where our clinicians can answer each other’s questions and exchange ideas.
In addition, we’re making further changes to SharePoint, which will include a resource revamp, clinical bulletin on your homepage for easy access to important reminders, and an updated meet the team page, so you know who to contact when you need them.
CPD and events
The response to our new CPD and events calendar has been wonderful to see and your ideas for future sessions means that we have a strong CPD programme in place for 2022.
As requested, all clinical CPD events are recorded and uploaded to SharePoint for you to watch back. To ensure that you are recognised for watching any recordings, please download and complete our reflective statement template from SharePoint and send it to the event facilitator and Bobbie Groves to receive your certificate.
You also asked for more informal meet up opportunities and regular laptus buddy support training, as well as increased 1-2-1 support which you will find are all available to book via the calendar.
Thank you once again for your participation in our Viewpoint surveys.
We hope our actions continue to demonstrate our commitment to ensuring Xyla Digital Therapies is a great business to be a part of, and we will carry on asking for your feedback so we can remain as responsive as possible.
