Partner Portal User Guide
Find out more about the key features of the Partner Portal. You can use it to submit, manage, and view referrals for children and young people for the Xyla Digital Therapies service. You can access the portal using a desktop computer.
Creating an account
You can only create an account and access the Partner Portal if your trust or organisation has already been set up on the portal. You also need to be invited to create an account by Xyla Digital Therapies.
You will be sent a registration invitation email that contains the exact name of your trust or organisation and a link to create your account. Open the link, then enter your username and create a password. Finally, you’ll need to enter a verification code sent by SMS to verify your account too.
When you log in to the Partner Portal, you just need to enter the name of your trust or organisation. If you’re not sure of the exact name used, you can check this in your registration invitation email. Then enter your username and password. If any of these don’t match our records, you won’t be able to log in.
Forgotten your password? No problem. Select ‘Forgot password?’ to reset your password via your email.
Can’t find the name of your trust? Don’t worry. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more help.
There are up to four steps to making a referral on the Partner Portal. Select ‘Make a referral’ on the home screen to start. We recommend providing as much information as possible when you first make the referral. Any missing information may cause delays, as we might need to ask you for more details.
You’ll need to enter the child or young person’s details you’re referring, along with reasons for the referral.
You don’t have to complete a referral in one go. If you have entered at least the child or young person’s name and date of birth, you can select ‘Save and continue’ at the end of each step. When you log in again and visit the ‘Referrals’ section, any referrals you saved will have a ‘Draft’ referral status. Select ‘Edit draft’ to continue where you saved.
In the ‘Referrals’ section, you can search and filter the referrals you’ve made by the child or young person’s:
- Date of birth
- NHS number
- Referral status
You can see all referrals you’ve started and submitted so far. On the home screen, select ‘Referrals’. You can easily see the status of each referral and view all the details you submitted.
It’s straightforward to add digital documents to referrals you’ve made. In the ‘Referrals’ section, simply select ‘+Add’ next to the relevant referral to add PDFs or Word documents.
